What is Mystery Cookie?
Normally, our weekly-rotating menu is the same for all of our locations, but with the mystery cookie, each store can bake one unique cookie of their choice! To see what mystery cookie your local store is offering, open your cookie map! The mystery cookie can change throughout the week, so watch the map for our most current offerings.
What is the price of a box of cookies?
HeavenlyCrumbs pricing varies slightly by location. We'd recommend inquiring with your local store via phone or email for their pricing. You can also begin the ordering process on our website or app to be shown what HeavenlyCrumbs costs in your region.
Where should I go for refunds, concerns and feedback?
For any type of refunds, please contact your local store directly. They will be the only ones able to handle any type of refund. For concerns or other feedback, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Assist team.
What discounts does HeavenlyCrumbs offer?
HeavenlyCrumbs offers a military discount of 10% (excludes catering, in-store only, and must show military ID), as well as catering discount when 50+ cookies or more are ordered. We do not offer discounts for bulk gift card orders at this time. Be sure to follow us on social media as cookie giveaways occur on a weekly basis!
